Our work
A closer look at Richmond Hill roofs.
Shingle slopes, slate-profile sections, low-slope membrane, and the flashing details where most leaks begin — the systems this city is built with, up close.
The range
Every system Richmond Hill builds with.
Shingle, synthetic slate, modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO — and frequently two or three of them meeting on a single house. The gallery below is grouped by system and by detail, because the transitions between them are where problems tend to start.
Shingle & sloped roofs
The most common roof in the city. Ridge lines, vents, valleys and windward slopes — the areas that take the most weather and need attention first.
Slate-profile & mixed systems
Synthetic slate and mansard sections, and the transitions where one system hands over to another on the same house.
Flat & low-slope
Modified bitumen and membrane assemblies: seams, parapet caps, drainage and rooftop equipment curbs, residential through commercial.
Skylights, chimneys & flashing
Penetrations and terminations — where a roof is interrupted. Most leaks begin at these points rather than in the open field.
Work in progress
Scaffold access, decking and weather protection — what a roof looks like mid-job, before anything is finished.
