Shingle roof ridge above a Richmond Hill street

Contact us

Talk to someone who's actually been on a roof.

No call centre, no pushy sales visit. Tell us what your roof is doing and we'll tell you what it needs — including when the honest answer is that it needs very little.

Request a quote

Tell us about your roof.

The more you can tell us, the more useful our first reply will be. Nothing here is required except a way to reach you.

What's happening

Have photos of the problem? Send the form first, then reply to our email with them attached — pictures often save a visit.

We reply the same business day. Your details are used to answer your enquiry and nothing else.

After you get in touch

What actually happens next.

No mystery, no sales funnel. Three steps, and you're never committed to anything until you've seen a written price.

  1. 01

We reply the same business day

Usually with a couple of questions, because the answers often tell us what we're dealing with before we arrive. If it's an active leak we'll call you rather than email.

  2. 02

    We come and look properly

On the roof, in the attic where it helps, with an infrared scan when the leak isn't obvious. You get photographs of what we found and a plain-language explanation of the cause.

  3. 03

You get a written price, then decide

Fixed scope, fixed number, with the repair option costed against replacement where both are genuinely on the table. No pressure and no obligation to proceed.

Before you write

Questions people ask us first.

Answered honestly, including the ones about money.

How quickly will I hear back?

The same business day for enquiries sent during working hours, and first thing the next morning for anything that arrives overnight. If you've told us water is actively coming in, we'll phone rather than email — and if it's urgent, call us directly instead of waiting on the form.

Do you charge for the inspection?

A standard visit to look at a specific problem and quote the repair carries no charge. Where we're asked for a full instrumented survey with a written report — for a real estate transaction, an insurance claim, or a property manager's records — that's a paid service, and we'll tell you the price before booking it. You will never be charged for something you didn't agree to first.

Will I get a sales pitch?

No. We repair roofs, and a lot of the roofs we're asked to look at need a repair rather than a replacement. If yours is one of them we'll say so, quote the repair, and leave. If it genuinely needs replacing we'll explain exactly why and show you the evidence.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

We can usually give you a sensible range once we know the roof type and what you're seeing, and photographs help a great deal. A firm number needs eyes on the roof — anyone quoting a fixed price sight-unseen is either guessing or building the guess into the price.

Can you look at a quote I've already been given?

Yes, and it's a common request. Send us the quote and photos of the roof and we'll tell you whether the scope matches the problem. Several of the second opinions we're asked for turn out to be full replacements quoted for isolated, repairable failures.

Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes. With storm or water damage the first report largely decides the outcome, so we document the damage the day we arrive with thermal imaging, moisture mapping and dated photographs, and produce a written cause-of-loss report your adjuster can work from.

Still deciding

A five-minute call usually settles it.

Describe what you're seeing and we'll tell you whether it needs looking at now, whether it can wait for better weather, or whether it isn't a roof problem at all.
